What we look for in making the schedule is competitive balance between the two teams schedule to play. Each year teams change players, so the most difficult part of the schedule is the beginning of the season. Blow out games are not fun for anybody. If adjustments are needed the league will reserve the right to move games around.
In making the schedule we also looked at rotating start times for teams. Location and travel to the rink was factored in for the first three weeks. No Hanover teams had a 6:15pm start due traffic coming into Chesterfielf. However, everybody will have at least one 6:15pm game and everybody will have to take the last game of the night at least twice.
Going forward we need to know how many teams can play Halloween night?
